Guest Pawst: A Turtle Named Shy

This is me being objectified as the Muse mockingly asks, "Why are you grumbling while you eat, dear?" WHY?! You ask why?!
Let's rewind to five minutes ago, as I was devouring my first meal. I don't know if reptiles can smell food, but the family's turtle named Shy came out of his hideout...
...and approached the then busy, in-the-midst-of-eating-but-still-awesome Me.
Then he said, "Dude, I'm starving. I'm aware your diet is 5 times a day, so would you be kind enough to share your breakfast with me?" Since I was hesitant, I just replied, "Well, yeah, whatever. Help yourself."
And so, to the delight of the Muse and her mother, the Turtle Shy and I ate MY breakfast together.
Until I couldn't take it anymore. Shy seldom eats rice in places where he's visible, so today he must be quite hungry.
I decided to be generous.
Looking at him from afar, I saw how he enjoyed what was supposed to be MY breakfast.
The family's got one hungry turtle. As I watched him clean himself up and walk away, I realized one thing.
The turtle never said Thank You. Imagine that. He just went home and didn't say a word of gratitude.
And I, on the other hand, had to eat his left overs. Remember how this was supposed to be MY breakfast?
So, dear Muse, I hope you understand the grumbling. You might want to rethink the turtle's name because to me, he is far from shy.
